Every batch of Melora Manuka Honey is independently tested by the UMF Honey Association. Only UMF measures the three signature compounds Lespoterin, Methylglyoxal (MGO) and DHA that are found in genuine Manuka Honey. Be aware that Manuka Honey labeled with "Active", "Bio Active" or 10+ don't comply the same level of standards.
