I bought this 1 year ago and used it to inspect a problem spot in my sewer. It worked...ok, not great but it did about what I would expect for a product in this price range. I put it away and didn't use it again until yesterday. I plugged it in, charged it up fully for about 4 hours....and it will not power on. I have checked all connections and everything is in order. The red LED was lighting while charging so I know it is getting power. The video portion of the scope is just...dead. Although this wasn't a top of the line product, I still paid over $300 for the thing, so I would have expected it to work more than once. Therefore, buy at your own risk because it may work the first time, but the second time....who knows. And $300 or more is a steep price to pay for that kind of risk..better off renting a professional one and you will be money ahead. Total trash. DO NOT BUY.

Instructions are very poor. Found out there is a power switch under the screen on the left side. Took about 10 minutes to figure out how to turn it on.Picture quality is good. Unit works well.

I just received this product and it came with no optical lens. It says it has a 38 mm optical lens and there’s none on it. I’m getting ready to package it back up and send it back. Don’t buy this unit.
