It's nice to give new products a try and this was different to the magnesium-based oils and creams I had been using. It's very difficult to say whether a cream can really help balance hormones, but sometimes just spending a few moments on self care can have a positive effect anyway.This pot of cream does have a defined scent from the ingredients used but I find it quite pleasant - a bit spa-like. It's quite nice to climb into bed feeling as though you've given yourself a little boost and created a nice aroma around you. I don't know too much about wild yam and haven't used it before but this product is moisturising. It's hard to say whether it's value for money - at £10 it's not the cheapest. It's nice to gift to someone who is experiencing menopause as it shows you care if nothing else! Ignore the 'before and after' photos on the seller page - those are nonsense claims and it's not going to make you look younger - but otherwise it's quite nice!

I have used Wild Yam products in the past, primarily for hormone balance issues, and I have found "Wild Yam" to be effective, therefore I decided to try this cream, and I'm so glad that I did!(For me) I find that this cream creates a powerful synergy, providing comfort and balance during (MY) hormonal fluctuations.I realise that Wild Yam is not for everyone, but from MY personal experience, I feel pretty good after an application of this cream.It's incredibly easy to apply, it feels silky soft against the skin, and it's gentle and soothing to boot.After only one application, I am already impressed with its effectiveness, it's non-greasy, with zero aroma, and it's perfect for sensitive skin too.Simple to use, and would make a great gift idea for the holistic-minded person in your life!It is luxuriously creamy with No fillers and no synthetics, and ( for me ) it is significantly helping to impact my overall well-being, which I haven't felt in a long time!Thank you for the opportunity to try this product.

Had virtually no effect on hormone balance - I would disregard such wild claims. That said, it smells great, applies evenly, and moisturises effectively, so worth it for that.

So, the blurb makes some pretty impressive claims regarding the benefits of this cream, and whilst I know little about the properties of wild yam (especially when combined with the additional ingredients) and I'm not sure it's the cure all it claims to be, I find it pleasant to use, it smells good, is highly moisturising, and at this price, is definitely worth a punt if you suffer from hot flushes and the like. It has a vaseline like texture, and smells a little like incense (which I quite like), but because I have sensitive skin, I keep it away from my face and neck, and use it to moisturise my décolletage and hands, and I also rub it into my hips at night before going to sleep, and it seems to be very beneficial to that end. Recommended.

I absolutley adore this product. You do not need alot, just a small amount onto your finger and as you rub it into your skin it gives off such a lush sweet smell and melts into your skin 😍. Really helps to keep my skin hydrated and burns my skin brown in the sun :) bare in mind I have olive skin so be careful as it may cause you to burn more. Helps sooths my hormone balance.

I do like looking for all natural products to combat the menopause and its many things you may experience , so I used this with a open mind , a little jar but the balm goes a long way , got a slight smell to it but not overpowering I have applies this to my pulse points but to not effect for me , so I decided to use it as a face cream at night , the only thing it did was leave my skin smooth , for me personally it is fine for a face cream but that's it. But what works for another , may not work for some one else , its all trial and error
