These are a good, convenient at home weights. They are not as heavy and solid as the regular weights but are a great alternative. Love the comfort of the barbell!! My only dislike are the barbell collars to secure the weights. It takes time to unscrew and screw these on and sets me back when needing to change weight during sets.
