Bought this a couple of years ago, still functioning as if I just had purchased it. It hold ms a good amount of charge, led light is very bright on high and fan speed is great for summer camping.I think it's a must have on a camping trip.

This little fan is well built and has tons of options. It works great and blows well. We used it on a cruise for air flow and was able to hang it from the ceiling and use the light function when we didn't want the stateroom lights. It will work great for camping and the remote is a great option too. Very pleased with this purchase. It was well worth the price.

I bought this fan in April of this past year and it runs 24/7 in my work area, where the video is taken, and it still works great!However, I never used it in a crisis situation. When Hurricane Helene hit the Mountains of Western North Carolina, it devastated our area. I lost electricity for almost 2 weeks, but the first 3 days it was 86 degrees, and it was hot and miserable inside the house, and the only thing charged was the fan.The fan light is bright, and I was able to use it to get around the house when the power went out. The first night about 7:30 PM, I put the fan on level one, and the battery was at 100%. The fan was still going strong when I woke up at 7:30 AM and used it on low until about 9 AM.The 2nd night I used a tiny battery pack and charged the fan first, to get it as close as possible to 100% battery. I put the fan back in the window at the same time as the first night, but set the fan on speed three, and the fan was STILL going when I woke up and also left it to cool until about 9 AM.The 3rd night, I put the fan in the window at the exact time as the first 2 nights, but I set the fan to oscillate on the highest setting at speed four, and it died about 4 AM.The small amount of time I was able to charge the fan, only being at 100% the first night, using the light, this fan worked fantastic!**The one I bought was the more expensive of the two fans with lights in the middle.Furthermore, this little fan can move a lot of air. I am really happy with this purchase, and I plan to buy a few more of the them for emergencies because it really was a life savor. Small comforts go a long way in tough situations.

The first one of these that I bought, I think it was a return item as it had some problems. First of all, it was not wrapped properly in the plastic bag anymore inside the box and then I found out that the remote was missing. It also only fully charged one time and the second time I went to charge it, even after 24 hours, it still was just a little bit over halfway charged. Still, I saw the potential in the device so instead of returning it for a refund, I returned it for a replacement of the same item. The second one showed up and everything was cool. It was still wrapped tightly in the plastic bag and the remote was there. The first time I charged it, it took overnight to fully charged. The second time, it fully charged in like 6 to 8 hours. The third time I charged it, I stopped checking it after 10 hoursas it still wasn’t fully charged. It eventually did fully charge and I figured that’s all that matters since I only use it about once a day . I was using the proper charging block as well. My small bathroom does not have very good ventilation and a pretty weak ceiling fan so what I do is after I take a shower, I set the fan for maybe two hours on pivot mode with the fan pointing up about halfway, set it on the floor of my tub and then shut the curtains. That way things in there will dry out better and hopefully more thoroughly. Cut down on any mold or mildew that might develop but I keep my bathroom pretty clean anyways. It was keeping that, shower curtain open and bunched up in order to let airflow through there and dry that always held my concern. Now after a couple hours or even less, everything’s nice and dry in there and the shower curtain should stay cleaner for longer.

This fan has been wonderful. I bought it a few months ago for hurricane season, it came in clutch when I lost power for one night and had no A/C. It also has a very strong light, and a hook to hang it anywhere. The size is decent, could be awesome for camping, long battery life and the price is also great.

If you need a portable fan for a quick trip, trust me you should get that one. Easy to adjust and you can increase it to the speed you want.

I tested several brands of fan for a camping trip in Texas in August for our tents at night. The other fans were less powerful and batteries died quickly. This fan went on sale and I jumped on it, and it was so worth it. We have three of these now. They have 4 fan settings, the highest is stronger than the other fans I had tested. The battery will last almost 7 hours at full fan. The good thing is that the fan is strong enough to feel it pretty well at 2 level, which will get you way more battery life. If you stayed on the 1-2 settings of fan level you can get a couple days out of it. It has two settings for LED light that is VERY bright. It has a USB charger port in case you need to charge, but it is slow, but nice to have as a backup. It has a hook to hang from the top of your tent. It has a setting to swivel back and forth that has a broad rotate and a shorter rotate which is awesome you have control on that. Lastly, it tilts forward/back and then also left ot right. These really are a great little fan purchase I would recommend 100%

It didn't get a 5 star because it loudly beeps everything you change any setting. I have not found how to turn it off.
