I'm taking the longer use dosage. So far, I haven't noticed any bizarre effects. I've never been told my liver numbers are high. So, who knows what's going on in there! I'm admittedly over weight, I've been through chemo and I'm older, so I figured at this point it probably couldn't hurt.

This is a quality product. Need to use it in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. Bought it after reading the LIVIN Good Daily book by Dr. Livingood.
