Best mix of its kind I've used. No creepy ingredients, good flavor, easy to make. We keep some frozen brown bananas in the freezer just for this. We add a little extra cinnamon and sometimes drop in raisins or chocolate chips. The mix handles it fine.

Super easy to make! Tastes wonderful! Have made mini loaves and muffins- great way to use old bananas instead of throwing them out.

Delicious! Use a measuring cup for your bananas. I buy smaller Chiquita bananas, so it usually takes almost 3 bananas for this mix. I like to sprinkle walnuts and brown sugar on top before baking. It is awesome!

I keep these on hand so whenever I have a banana past its prime, I can make a quick loaf. Very tasty; proven by how fast grandkids consume!!Other mixes have dried bananas already in the mix. This one uses up the bananas that would otherwise be tossed. Waste not, want not!!

This made for a delicious banana bread. I tweaked the recipe, adding flax and chia seeds to the batter, a splash of vanilla, and some pumpkin spice. I then folded in some fresh blueberries. I also had an extra banana that needed to be used, so I threw it in. It turned out to be the moistest and tastiest banana bread. With the extra banana and ingredients, I had to bake it for about an hour. This bread mix is also very low fat- but you would never know. My teenager ate a piece and hugged me, saying it "slapped," so high praise indeed!!
