Very good value for money
Own a massive collection of wusthof classics which are in daily use as the tools of my trade as a professional chef.Purchased these to replace my classic turning knife which I believe found its way into the pile of Brussels sprout peelings last Christmas and this set is the same price as the single classic turning knife.Very good quality as are all Wusthofs however I do notice a difference in their weight. Any amateur or novice cook would be more than happy with these in their collection and they will last you years if kept well. As from a professional standpoint? Well I use them daily and wouldn't if they didn't do the job; I perhaps would not rely on the Gourmet range for the more specialist knives but for paring, trimming, halving...They're a good quality, sharp knife and pleased I bought this set as opposed to the single Classic.
