Awful service
My machine arrived later than expected & then found it didn't work, there was no power, tried a different cable but still nothing so I tried to return for a refund. The initial postage label didn't work so I had to contact the seller. It took over a week of going back & forth messaging the seller (kept trying to offer me partial refunds) eventually they agreed to a full refund but didn't actually process it so had to ask Amazon to step it & Amazon have issued the refund & the broken machine can go to the tip.
