Shipped fast! Two boxes, tracking said one box so I was a little worried. Boxes are a little awkward and fairly heavy. Overall, love this couch! Took me a couple hours to set it up by myself. It is reversible! But to switch sides you need to switch the brackets on the chaise back bracket labeled “P” in the directions. It does state this in the directions on page 16 on how to do this. I purchased the right hand lounger and it came with the pieces on the correct side so I didn’t have to swap them. This is a firmer couch, which is what I wanted. It is a very soft and nice fabric. It does sit lower to the ground and the back rest is pretty low, but it shows the measurements in the photos of the listing, so be aware of that if you don’t like lower couches. The measurements in the listing are accurate! The storage compartment is amazing and is spring loaded so once you pull on it, it pops open. Very easy to close as well. The cushions have a faint smell, I’d describe it as a light Elmer’s glue smell?? It’s very faint, not surprised tho, memory foam usually smells strange at first. Once it airs out, I’m sure it will go away. I tossed the cushion overs in the dryer for a few min to get rid of the wrinkles. I’d recommend that before putting them on. Overall, super happy with this couch! I’m gonna give it 24 hours before sitting on it, so it expands fully. It’s only been a few hours and it’s looks pretty full now. Love it!!

My back hurts when i am sitting, very soft and discomforting. Feels like it has been used for a long time and needs new cushions

It took me and my roommate two hours to put together because we initially thought it would be reversible and put it together backwards however it was not. It did arrive two days early. It’s also a little firmer than I thought it would be.

So far we have been really pleased with the couch. It was easy to put together. It is a bit firm but I think over time it will soften. Color was true to photo and the material is soft. My only complaint is that I wish the back was higher. Other than that it is absolutely perfect for us.
