Powerful and meet my expectation.
Love it! Very powerful, perfect size and great durability. It works well, decent torque and does everything it needs to. I highly recommended.

Limited Torque
This is a neat and useful tool. It fits in places an electric drill or impact driver can't reach, and is much faster than doing it by hand. The one limitation, is this doesn't have much torque. On the bright side, you don't really risk over-torquing nuts and bolts, and you can use this tool to manually tighten further.

A good, basic tool
This is a good, basic cordless ratchet. The tool feels sturdy enough and produces about the power you'd expect from a brushed tool. The trigger is excellent. The paddle style works well, and I like that I can either have my hand at the far end, for max leverage, or choke up close and still have direct control of the trigger. I also like that the trigger gives a lot of fine control on the extreme slow end. You can feather it down to a crawl. It's easy to get 1% to 50% power, and after that it jumps to 100%. This combination works well for me because I'm usually either inching up on something or spinning off something at max. The grip on the far end is good, with lots of rubbery stuff. Also, it's a little thing, but I like that there's a stripe of extra rubber up near the head, so when you set/drop the tool, it's (hopefully) not going to crack the casing or the head. With a battery, the tool is just over 11 inches long and weighs 31 ounces. The tool head is 30.5mm wide and 36.2mm deep. The light is rather weak. Also, the forward/reverse switch stick up a lot, though this does work better with gloves. Power-wise, the tool is ok, but nothing special...after all, it's a brushed tool. For the stuff I do, this just means an extra pull or 2 before the tool can do the work. The batteries seem to be proprietary, they definitely don't fit Bosch or Milwaukee, but I like that there's an accurate gauge that lights up on the side of the tool. I'm not a fan of the 5mm barrel connection for charging, but it works fine, and the power supply is UL listed. The case is pretty basic, and probably won't last. The included sockets are also pretty basic - I would have rather had a few extra adapters and extensions.

No where near 50 N.m
I was not expecting a great deal of torque from this 3/8" drive 12V Power Rachet. The lowest setting on my eTork Torque wrench is 21 Newton meters (approx 15.5 lbs-ft). This tool was not able to get close to that setting. It might be able to reach10 N.m and that number might be generous.I think it would be fine for household use especially when you are trying to tighten or loosen a bolt that is difficult to get to and there's no room to turn a wrench. The sockets are not the greatest and the case was not built for this tool, batteries, charger, etc. The variable speed feature and the lever which controls the speed work well.Long story short, the tool works fine for light duty. I would not recommend this tool for work on vehicles. In the right situation this tool could be useful.

Phalanx Cordless Ratchet Wrench
I’m liking this electric ratchet even more than I thought I would. It comes in handy in most situations, just not a situation where you don’t have clearance of a couple of inches. It’s also not made for breaking seized bolts loose or really torquing anything down. The primary purpose for which it’s great at is saving your hand and time by getting you 95% of the way through after you’ve got a bolt broken loose, or before you torque it down. The ratchet comes in a blow molded plastic case that holds the ratchet, two batteries, the battery charging adapter, and even the included sockets. It’s really quite a nice package, especially for the price.I will say that I had one socket that didn’t want to fit in its designated spot but that’s easily fixed with a piece of foam to fill in the gap.The ratchet body/housing is made of what feels like good plastic with a good comfortable grip. The seams of the housing seem to indicate that it’s made reasonably well and goes together without any obvious gaps or defects from the factory molds. This price point, in my experience, doesn’t usually have quite the same type of quality in the manufacturing process, so though it’s not made by one of the “big 3” companies ( initials = D, M, S.O.) and doesn’t have that level of build quality, it’s certainly above average. The switch that activates the ratchet feels nice and chunky too.My impression of this ratchet is that it’s more than worth what the current price is. I’ve only used it for about a week or so, but the 5 or 6 times I’ve used it thus far has only helped my good feeling about this tool. I have no qualms about recommending it.

Great Set
My husband had been looking for an electric wrench set so when I saw this set, I ordered it immediately as a gift to him for our anniversary. You would not believe how happy he was. He kept thanking me. I'm not a technical person at all and do not understand most of the technical terms and such but I'll do my best with describing this item. A big highlight was it being cordless and the convenience of not having to plug it into the wall for his apartment when he might need to repair something and because the unit is vacate, he does not have the electric on. He loves the forward-reverse setting as well. He spoke of the ease of use and was super excited about not losing parts because it comes with it's own carrying case for all of the parts. I can say through his excitement and love of this set that I would recommend it to others. He isn't one that normally gets excited about too much so this set must be awesome.

Good kit for home projects
this set has decent power and pretty smooth speed control . I have used this set for some auto repairs mainly removing the air dam on my car it works well in close spaces it does have a fair amount of torque .I would not consider this a commercial tool but it is definitely capable for household projects .
