Great light duty tool box. Exactly what I wanted. Arrived promptly without issue and installed easily. So far is water tight and adds a great storage option for my camping/off road gear.

Great toolbox, arrived dent free. It was what I wanted for all the room for storage. Not hard at all to relieve bed tubs. The toolbox is a bit expensive but the quality is perfect.

Product damaged. No key provided. Return was a nightmare.

Docking the star for being led to believe it would fit, not for the product.The box arrived from Pilot freight with about a palm-sized crunch in the cardboard - like it had tipped over onto the corner of something hard. It didn't look deep when the driver was unloading it, so I was still optimistic. Unpacked it and it was flawless. Great gloss finish, hardware/action was smooth opening & closing. Easy to lift up into bed and install yourself.Unfortunately, despite making some rough measurements before ordering, and Amazon's website saying it would fit, it did not fit. It's agonizing how close to fitting it is. It hits the wheel wells just enough to prevent the box from laying flush on the bed rails. To be fair, I have a plastic (not sprayed) bed liner, but it's cheap and thin, so not a factor.Amazon didn't put up any fuss at all and immediately made it right. The even attempted to issue and instant refund to a gift card so I could immediately order a different model, but since the Pilot Freight driver hadn't marked it as "delivered" yet, they couldn't (understandable, since I was already requesting a refund about 5 minutes after it got dropped off).Truck is a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ 4-door Crew w/ the short 69" bed. Anyone looking for another option, I found the EC10772. Hopefully I'll remember to come back to mention how it fits.

The replacement is perfect. The only problem is that the shipping company would not take the damaged box for return.How do I go about replacing the damaged box?

Very easy to install

The first box arrived dented. It was not dented in shipping, but rather at the factory. Could tell because the paint was put on after the dent. Poor quality control. They shipped a replacement and that one is not dented, but one of the latches is skewed. Still catches, but barely. Love the design and shape of the box, but the quality control at the factory needs to be dialed up. Overall happy with what we finally got.
