Awesome single servings
I use it all the time for breakfast and dessert. I love being able to make quiche, pumpkin pie, and peach pie in 15 minutes. A trick of mine is to use 6 inch tortilla shells as a crust. This morning I made a ham, broccoli and cheese quiche. I prefer to not preheat the appliance.
