Great product. Keeps the mind focused without the caffein jitteriness (apart from the fact that I don't like coffee!!). Used in in the past during exam time or when in full dissertation writing mode and find it really helpful. Wouldn't take it as a regular daily supplement but keep it handy for those times when you need to be extra productive and concentrate on detail.
