The heat level is great and it heats up fast, it’s comfortable to wear and easy to use. Seems high quality and durable as far as I can tell, and it charges relatively quickly. You’re supposed to wear it over a thin layer which isn’t always easy, so a thicker pad might be good. In terms of occasional use for period pain I think it’s great and for that reason I’m giving 5 stars.However because I have constant pain I have to work around some issues, so I thought I’d explain for others in the same position. It turns off every half hour which is irritating (if probably sensible) and I don’t notice till it starts cooling. Given that I’m starting it so often it’s a bit annoying that it doesn’t remember the last heat setting. It also doesn’t last more than a few hours with constant use, so I’ve ended up buying two- the good news is that one will charge in the time it takes for the other to run down. So I would recommend it but bear that lot in mind.

Portable, rechargeable, super slim and comfortable, lasts for ages on a charge, auto cut out after 30 mins, the heat doesn’t fade like a microwaved bag so it’s more intense. Several heat settings and I haven’t needed anywhere near maximum setting. For the price I’m delighted, I only bother to review things when they’re very good or very bad. Also has 5 vibration settings, these are rather lacklustre, bit like having a mobile phone vibrating on your back but the heat alone is well worth the purchase.

I am a busy mum with a broken back, a lot of pain from prior surgeries and I need heat on me at all times or I am going to be feeling a lot of discomfort and pain, but life goes on. This is absolutely ideal you can attach it to you. A charge lasts ages but I might get a second one to use while the other charges. It goes for half an hour then you have to reset. I can use this in the car, in my wheelchair, while cooking and doing for the kids and still have some heat relief without a hot water bottle flopping around. Small but gets properly hot. Over leggings works for me. Massage setting is amazing just so good for pain. Been looking for something like this for years.

This is great. Heats up to a comfortable temperature. It switches off after half an hour. But keeps heated for a short while. Easy to turn back in. Comfortable to wear.

I like the colour, it heats quickly, and the vibration is good. I used it on my back pain and it worked well.I think id like it more if it was more flexible on the middle part (not the elastic) as the middle part is slightly curved (to fit stomach bump) -but if using on back u have to lie on it or just use it on one side at a time.I think its good value for money as it’s rechargeable and pretty and pink.Only stays on for 30minutes at a time though.Comfortable to wear.And the elastic band strap can be adjusted so can fit around my stomach (size 20) or around my chest to help my higher back.

Didn’t work very well

BrilliantI suffer with abdominal pain and this little heat belt it’s very discreet. I’m very warm and I can use it wherever I am. So easy to charge value for money so discreet.

It is ok but does not produce a great deal of heat. But better than the heat you get from a heated massage wand.It fits well and is quite small so will be good to pack when traveling.
