I love these compression pants - they are very comfortabel and I especially love that the ankle is slim. So if you have a coke bottle shape then these will be perfect. I love how they are higth waisted, and that they are not see through. Honestly, they are great. They only slight drawback I can think of is 1.) the pricepoint is high and 2.) when i washed them the stamped-on logo on the inside partially peeled off. It doesnt itch or anything I just think it doesnt look nice. Obviously Im the only one who sees that thoughThere has been zero fraying and the stitches are very sturdy

The tights came in a sealed tamper proof bag. The seal indicates that you cannot return them once opened. I got the large and was surprised they fit me. I was in between large and xl and gained some weight but still they fit. I do not have lipodema but have been geyt mild swelling in my right lower leg and worry about getting varicose veins. These were very tight but not impossible to put on. The held up good on the front but I have some issues with them rolling down in the back, because it's harder to pull them up in the back. Next time I may havey husband pull them up in the back. The come all the way up to your bra strap area. The fabric is pretty breathable and they pants fold down to a small size. You could definitely wear them under other cloths and not feel like your adding a lot of bulk.

I was hopeful about these lipedema marketed compression leggings, but these are definitely not designed for someone with lipedema. I’m an 18 on bottom and 12/14 on top and buying a size for my bottom measurements means that all of the waistband above my pelvis of these are huge and slide down uncomfortably. These are more suited for someone who has the same size on top and bottom.

Very high price in my opinion. After only a number of washings, it loses it's firm fit and you end up having to purchase a new one, for it to be of appropriate use post-surgery. Wonderful only for the 1st few weeks, depending on how often you wash it.

Do NOT waste your money on these. They arrived damaged, and if they don’t, you might get 2 days wear out of them before they have holes, pulling, and are completely useless! I would give these -3 stars if I could. These are a complete waste of money!

Ever since I have been having gnarly swelling in my ankles, feet, knees, etc. I have been so insecure about even walking out the door. Seriously, you don’t realize how swollen joints or body parts can hinder your spirit until you experience it for yourself. I am 5‘4“ tall and about 135 pounds… So any kind of swelling is incredibly obvious, And leave it to me to have the nosey friends who have to ask in public and at an insanely loud decibel what on earth is wrong with my body and why does it look so misshapen 😞These impressive pants are a godsend. Yes, the price tag is significantly higher than The typical leggings, and or pants I have in my closet, however, these are magical! I am so eager to explore any and all other garments. This be has in their inventory! Wearing is makes such a huge difference, I can’t even explain into words how elated I am to have stumbled upon this brand, and this particular pant on Amazon.What I love most about these pants:They are extremely, extremely comfortable & the compression is the ultimate support! The material is just a very nice feeling on my skin. These don’t look nearly as comfortable as they truly are. They look like stylish leggings. He would purchase at a retail store, but for a high price… They don’t look cheap at all, which I also really appreciate.These are incredibly durable! If you order it is, you’re making a commitment. These pants will serve you for many years to come as they have been made with such high quality materials and with the diligence to ensure your pair will maintain its shape and not lose its amazing compression.Honestly, why not try them? Even if he didn’t suffer from hyperlipidemia, you will absolutely benefit from owning a pair of pants like these. I am sold!

Not sheer, fits well and accurate to size

Marena is well known in the lipedema community and they are considered a top choice for good reason. They have proper compression throughout the entire garment and are easy to get on compared to other brands. The fabric is sturdy but silky and does not irritate sensitive legs. It's important to properly measure via the size chart and if you are having lipedema surgery, be prepared to need a variety of sizes along your journey. Quality compression should last about 6 months before needing to be replaced to keep it's desired compression benefits. I don't like how expensive these are, but to me they are worth the investment due to the relief and comfortable wear they provide. These are closed crotch, but Marena also makes an open crotch variety depending on your preferences. These also offer a heel cut and a patent pending FlexiFit Comfort Ankle which is nice to slide around to get the right fit at the top of your foot and ankle area which tends to get bunched up and can be painful. I do reach for Marena more than any other compression I own, and I've tried MANY. I don't have to battle and tug and break a sweat getting these on and off. They are lighter weight than the textured ones which makes them a bit cooler in the summer heat.
