SIGN ME UP
I love the core work out. I am not necessarily a fan of exercising, so to be able to work multiple muscles with ONE exercise, SIGN ME UP! I purchased the 30# ball, but probably should have gotten the 20#. All in all, I am pleased with the purchase.
