You can't see someone's screen if you angle it little more than normal, so I guess it does the job?**UPDATE**Just got my note 9 and here is the update.With GPEL galaxy note 9 tempered glass, it doesn't affect sensitivity and it feels smooth like the actual screen on the phone while providing privacy feature! Typing has never been an issue. This is THE BEST privacy screen! My director was trying to show us how to use a work program on our phones. When i asked a question showing her my phone about accessing the program, she stated, "I can't see what your talking about because I can't see your phone." She was standing next to me as I was using my phone. You literally have to have the phone in your hand in order to see.I also had it in my car propped on my dash using an app for directions and the passenger said they were not able to see....amazing!!Touch screen is easy as if nothing was there. I'm very pleased. I've dropped the phone and no cracks. I'm going to purchase another just because...Fast forward 5 months and i ordered another because it had tiny cracks in the corner but feared it would not protect the phone. Well i just put the new one on today, April 22 and my phone dropped, and the screen fell off and cracked instantly in all directions. Because i was extremely pleased with the 1st offer, i went ahead and ordered a new one. If this one fails... I'll let you know, and this will be my last order.

Pros: Easy to install, works as intended, seems durable enough to survive a few falls, no bubbles when applied. Clearly meant for the note 9.Cons: Iris sensor unable to be used with the case on. Maybe it's just me but it seems that the everything is aligned properly but still doesn't work. Not a huge deal for me but if you like to use the iris function, keep it in mind.

Please read this.I was using intelligent scan on the phone, and was assured product was working well. Later realized it was only working using face unlock as phone unlocked even when eyes closed.Turned off intelligent scan and I removed iris data and attempted to register only for iris unlock. The device failed to register my iris. I ensured screen was clean completely and attempted several times.Had to remove screen protector to register iris and did not unlock phone after installing the protector.Yes, it will work only with face unlock. But is less secure as it unlocks when eyes closed. So someone can literally pickup phone and unlock it while you are sleeping and you will not even have to be touched.Suggestions, make a cut out for the iris or make it super transparent at top (even though it seems like there is one but is not enough).End note: Iris unlock will not work with this screen protector. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality of the protector itself. Please do make this adjustment and I will certainly change review.Thank you.

This was the easier screen protector I have ever installed. I popped on the plastic piece and the glass protector slid right into place. This is the best screen protector I have ever used (and I've used a ton of them).The touch works perfectly. No problems. Seems to have adhered nicely. I'm very happy with this purchase. I would, absolutely, buy from this company again.And, best of all, my slim case fits perfectly too. So if you are using a picky ultra-slim case, this screen protector will work.

Just bought my Note 9 about 2 weeks ago and figured I needed a screen protector since the Otterbox defender doesn't have it built in anymore due to the curved screens of the new phones. Saw that most of the reviews of this one were relatively good.I've had this screen protector on for about 2 hours now and the "privacy" aspect of it is pretty iffy. With the right screen lighting and angle, it does give you some privacy but it isn't great. It was easy to install. I had no issues there. It's smooth and works well with my defender series case.My only drawback so far is that it has decreased the responsiveness of my screen to my fingers in certain areas. The middle of my screen is fine but the buttons towards the edges of my phone (Home, Back, A, Q, pull down e.t.c) are not responding well to my fingers but seem to work ok with the s pen. I'm going to give it a day or so and see if it sorts itself out as it mends itself to my phone screen.

People need to stop giving bad reviews just because they dont know how to install or use a screen protector! It does work it does the job and it's easy to install!! Give me a break with all that not worth it super fragile and crap like that! People it does work! Follow instructions and you'll see!!! Its case friendly and it does keep your privacy!The only downside is that it make your screen look a little dark do to the privacy material added to it!Bottom line it works! Just follow instructions and you'll see results!

I bought the brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 9 recently and wanted to ensure I had the perfect screen protector for my new phone, but did not want just any screen protector, but a privacy screen protector that was real tempered glass, shatterproof protection and of high quality and durable. The application of the screen protector was easy, the fit is flawless, and while I wish the privacy screen was a bit darker to foil prying eyes looking at the phone screen, it does a pretty decent job protecting the phone screen. Overall, its a very nice screen protector that fits the phone perfectly!

Works as described and very easy to fit. This also covers your phone in the right places and has full adhesive not just round the edges. I have previously bought the whitestone dome protectors and believe me this puts them to shame , not only for the price difference (which is a huge plus) but for the ease in which it is applied to the phone , the fact your phone screen is difficult for prying eyes from the side to be viewed and the complete coverage of the phone. But please be aware delivery time is extremely long.

This does what it says on the tin and does restrict viewing from side angles.However, it's worth noting that due to the curved sides on the Note 9 screen, these appear noticeably dimmer than the rest of the screen as you of course view these from an angle when looking straight at the phone.This does also cause a very narrow lined pattern on the screen, which you do get used to but it's worth noting that it's not 100% transparent.My issue was that upon dropping the phone, the screen protector simply fell off, implying the adhesive wasn't strong enough to secure to my phone
