Worked great for hanging 1/8 wire under tension
Bought these to use in installing vinyl coated 1/8 wire to hang commercial grade string lights across the back yard. These are well constructed and feel solid in the hand. The steel is well polished with no rough edges. There are no obvious defects in workmanship. The eye and hook turn easily and doesn't bind up.I put quite a bit of tension on them and they didn't distort or bend or fail. I've had them up for about 2 weeks, and just last night we had a terrible storm go through with some high gusty winds, and happy to say that everything is still up.
