This is a wonderful tool for cleaning (1) between teeth- both front and back, (2) very back of molars, or (3) near gum line. The smart design of the brush- for focusing on narrow spaces - is extremely helpful for cleaning those spaces among the teeth. I bought the "soft" tip model and that makes it more comfortable for sensitive gums, especially for sore gums. I also appreciate the product's eco-friendly design; it provides one comfortable holding body and 12 screwable/replaceable tips. Before getting this product, I always wondered why other manufacturers could not design the brushes in a way to not waste so many holding bodies which not only are wasteful but also pollute the landfills. The package also provides recycle info. Isn't that great!

Was disappointed by some other tuft brushes I've bought, this was certainly not one of them. I will definitely be sticking with this brand + model, the bristles are the perfect stiffness and density imo, the replacement head design is awesome, and the slight angle is a very nice touch. They also seem to be made of high quality material, as far as disposable toothbrushes go.Since the heads are replaceable, you can also screw them in either side of the handle, making the head able to face either out or in depending on which side you choose.My only design quibble would be I'd prefer a slightly sharper angle for the head, but what I'd prefer for an angle might be too sharp for someone else - the diagonal they chose is an extremely sane default, so I can't argue they made a bad decision. Definitely five stars all around.

Bought this because the sulcabrush heads are no longer available on Amazon. These heads fit the sulcabrush, but the bristles are much softer, longer, and not as densely packed. They clean okay enough, but don’t last very long for me because they are too soft.

Been using these every day for about a year. Good for cleaning dental pockets and preventing gum disease by cleaning teeth thoroughly at the gum line.

I’ve been trying different brands, different brushing tools over for a year and to date, nothing so far does the job as well and as durable as those sulcabrushes, which unfortunately have been discontinued for a while now. Once you use sulcabrush, honestly it beats this one in miles in terms of durability, design, and the overall cleaning process that you can immediately notice.I’m not at all impressed with this, and won’t buy again.
