Health from zero to hero.
I'm on my second pack of this. I lost weight slowly as have chronic fatigue. Got a little worried as was so thin. Started to drink this once a day. One serving is half the protein I needed. You need one gram of protein for every 1kg of your body weight per day. So one glass of this is half my daily requirement. Porridge for breakfast is about 10grams of protein, you can buy protein yoghurt now at 20grams a serving. So when you don't feel like eating then you can still reach your maintenance requirements with this drink, porridge and yoghurt. It took about six weeks to see anything. And omg does it work. Muscle memory is real and mine have started to fill out. My weight has roughly maintained but my physical reflection in the mirror, well I look like a runner again haha. Muscley legs and lumpy arms, it's only starting but is definitely there. Please try this as it does develop muscle. Your body needs that meat on its bones in order to produce and store other things such as iodine. It tastes like chocolate milkshake but not too sweet. Mix well with a fork and get those lumps out. makes a silky smooth drink. Not offensive in any way. No aroma that I noticed. The cost is irrelevant for your health, it hasn't upset my system. If I feel tired after food then this literally brightens me up.

Manufacturer is wasting plastic
Tastes good, but the tub is 1/3 too big for the contents. This is a waste of plastic, and space in my suitcase when I travel with it. Picture shows contents as sold

Great protein powder.
Really happy with this protein (gold standard 100% Plant, chocolate). Mixes really well just through stirring and without the need to blend (and add lots of air bubbles). Taste was a bit off with just water but mixed with 125ml of almond milk and 250ml of water and tastes great now. No stomach problems so far.

Nice
The best plant protein I have tried. Taste and texture not quite as nice as whey, but not far off. I have ordered some more and will keep using it for a month or so and see how it goes.

Coeliacs beware! Non-coeliacs - pretty good.
Not a bad protein shake however we were hoping that both protein shake users in the family could use this because of the "Gluten Free" statement on the front of the tub but the small print on the back of the tub gives a warning that this is made in a factory where gluten containing products are made. So, if you are a coeliac lured in by that Gluten Free statement on the front please be aware of this small print warning. So - from a non-coeliac point of view this is an easy to mix powder, pretty nice tasting for a plant based powder and seems to help maintain muscle/help with recovery after tough work outs.Does spike blood glucose (in this T1D) but hey, I can get an extra 5-8km out of my breakfast without actually eating more.Would be a 4 star powder but I'm zapping one off for the Gluten Free but made in a factory where gluten is used malarky. I'd bet we are not the first people looking for a coeliac friendly powder drawn in by this.

My Go-To Protein!
I've been using this plant-based protein powder for months now, and it's easily become my favourite. The flavour is spot on—not too sweet, which is perfect for me. It blends well in shakes and is also great to mix into oats for a quick breakfast. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a plant-based option that tastes great and fits into different meals easily.
