Lifestance Waxing Kit, Hair Removal Wax Warmer for Coarse Hair

I bought this wax warmer and have been using it regularly since 2019. It is now October 2023 and it has finally given out. This warmer was so reliable through all the years that I have used it. Just buy it. Much better than buying something that breaks months later.

This thing is amazing!! Where do I start..I was using micro tweeze, a plastic jar you heat in the microwave for 60 second intervals until you almost want to give up and grow the damn beard. For the 8oz jar you could only use the middle portion because all the wax at the sides hardens and won’t melt. Bane of my freaking existence.ENTER LIFESTANCE WAXING KIT!!! I plugged it in and dumped some purple beads in. Went to load the dishwasher and straighten up. The wax was evenly and perfectly melted on the middle setting and I proceeded to remove my goatee lol. This wax got everything! I may have had two hairs that I had to pluck out but being in my 40s the chin situation has been getting pretty hairy (haha see what I did there?) and I am amazed at how easily and well this product worked. The micro tweeze crap was gummy and messy and I had to re-do a few times, leaving me a red chin for a day or two.Another wonderful thing (deserving of a 6th star) is that it’s been about two weeks now and I haven’t had to wax again. I imagine the wax gives such a good pull that the hair is yanked out all the way to the root.The wax itself does dry to a hard plastic feel (obviously you’d not let it fully cool/dry on your skin) but I found this was easy to clean the threads waxy bits and being purple, they were easy to find before my dog did. Didn’t stick to anything, didn’t stain anything purple.I’m just amazed. Amazed!!I’ve been wanting one of these forever but thought it would be too much $ or too difficult or messy. I was 100% wrong.

.This is my first time buying a wax kit, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. If you feel embarrassed to go waxing at the salon or can’t afford the price this product might be a good idea for you. I always have to shave as my hair grow really quickly and also I am too embarrassed to go wax at the salon. However, this waxing has saved my time a lot as works better than shaving and the hair also grows out to be slimmer after few uses. I wasn’t sure if this product will work well or be as good as their reviews said but it did! The product came with the warmer pot, plastic wax beans, and sticks in two sizes for small spot and big spot which is pretty nice. They also give you different types of plastic wax beans that you can use. The warmer can get really warm but you can adjust the heat to the point that you want. They also have the suggestion of heat for the waxing point that will stay nice and warm when you are waxing. The wax also cools off really quickly which save time to wait for it to dry. This product is not only good for women but also for men. One of my guy friends tried this product and he loves the outcome of it. He normally has to shave or trim his facial hair every week now he only use it about every other week. Personally, I feel like it is easier to clean than shaving too. We don’t have to wash the hair out aftershave or make sure there is no hair left behind. For waxing, after we use it we can just throw it in the bin and our hair will not fall off from the wax too. If you didn’t use all of the wax that you put in the pot, you can just leave it there and heat it up whenever you want to use it again. No appointment with the salon need, you can do it whenever you feel like. The pot is also really easy to clean by apply baby oil or cleansing in it and warm it up again then wipe the melted wax beans off.

I was honestly so surprised by the quality of the wax that comes with the device itself! I have only tried the one that comes in a can so far, and it was super easy to use! I have tried some truly dreadful waxes in the past so I was quite apprehensive when ordering this, so I ordered an extra bag of wax beans from a brand I trust, but I wanted to give the one it came with a shot to see what it’s like.The quality is honestly so so good. It did not break or chip, and it has a smooth, opaque, almost creamy texture. I hate waxes that dry in a glass-like finish, and this was the exact opposite of that. Super elastic, flexible, and easy to peel off.Relatively painless too, but I’ve been waxing for a long time so I might have a higher pain tolerance as I’m really used to it. I know I must sound like a paid advertiser lol but I’m not, just really impressed with this product!The only con I can think of is that the little metal bar that goes across the device doesn’t really fit quite snugly in the holes, it’s very loose and I would not advice using it. But it’s such a minor imperfection, not to mention I don’t really see a use for it anyway other than resting the little wooden stick on it.All around a great product, the warmer itself is pretty standard (most of these little at-home waxers are the same) so with it being at a lower price point than others on Amazon I’d say it’s well worth the money!

I bought this to not have to shave any more. I was excited at first started it up wax melted wonderfully even and not too hot and the dial cann be turned to adjust temp. I tried it in the armits didnt work well figured it was because midway through i started to sweat. So i stopped and said ill try another day where i can adjust. Well im trying my legs let it grow just to see. Now my skin is dry no oils or lotions as it says not to have any on. I apply on my legs and it doesnt work well. It leaves hair behind. Ive tried leaving it on longer and even tried applying different thicknesses to see what works well with the same result of the wax grasping little bits rather than the whole area. The wax to me isnt a good type of wax as ive tried the microwave ones that ive had better results. Figured this would save me time and money as to why i bought it. I wouldnt be buying again. Hope everyone else has better luck. Although i must say lifestance is very attententive on customer satisfaction and they have reached out to make sure we are satisfied. They do pay attention to our reviews.
