Loved these postpartum! Used these both times after I had my kids and they were a life saver. You don’t have to worry about pads and all that. This is the one stop shop. They are comfortable and they absorb a lot. I happen to think they are cute for an adult diaper. Definitely recommend for postpartum.

Very comfortable! Fit well as long as you buy your size.Great price in my opinion. Obviously good for elderly and people with bathroom issues, but I used them for postpartum and they are great for C-sections because they go up far enough over the C-section incision. Very versatile.

I experienced PPROM in my pregnancy which means my water broke prematurely. I had pads early on by this same brand but it got to the point where I was leaking fluid daily and instead of using postpartum underwear WITH a pad, I decided to try these out. I was shocked. I was so scared to admit I was wearing an adult diaper, but you can’t be embarrassed when it comes to pregnancy and periods and postpartum. You will thank yourself for trying this out instead of the underwear the hospital gives you. I had a c section and I really enjoyed that I knew these would hold up and would not leak or irritate me.They have a scent but it is very mild and helps feel more fresh.I went a size bigger so that it wouldn’t be too tight on me, but that’s just me!I really loved these so much especially in a high risk difficult pregnancy where I leaked amniotic fluid 24/7. These were more than amazing and I felt safe and secure in them!

These definitely don't make you look like the pic like normal underwear. But if you have bigger thighs they just don't fit right. On me anyways. I usually wear size 18 but I bought the XL because I figured the thigh part wouldn't be big enough on the Large. The XL for me isn't much better. Otherwise the scent is not bad. Basically they are the underwear they give you in a hospital but with a cute pattern on them.

Just the right size for an adult brief. It fits perfectly & isn’t bulky which is the best selling point for me becuz I hate walking around with a big wad of a pad showing…so embarrassing & I just hate people knowing I’ve got an incontinence problem! Tysm for offering this as a solution to my problem.

Very uncomfortable to wear.

I tried different types of these panty.This is not like a full panty that covers your entire tush.Too much of the cheeks were left out.Didn't feel comfortable enough to provide the coverage I was needing especially since I would be traveling and needed for long periods of time.Found the always night brand better and their others better.And unfortunately not all of these which I don't understand why qualify for the health savings plan. But they should.
