Didn't Work
Battery percentage does not show up and battery does not charge/hold a charge. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips and none of them work, nor does the website link to their customer service

Battery defective on arrival?
Hey I received my package and there seems to be a slit on the covering of the battery and it seems cracked on the side like I can softly press it in. Want to know if this is normal the original battery doesnt have a slit.

Battery life
I had bought this battery and it was good easy install all of that, I did proper maintenance to the battery because I treat my stuff with the most care I can give it but on one day I picked up my laptop and the battery had blown up for the second time this had happened to me (hence why I bought a new battery) but I was disappointed but the battery only lasted me for a little over two years. So currently I have a laptop with no battery in it.
