This is a quick easy drink mix. Just add water and enjoy. I have been drinking this mix for over 4 years. For me, they give me a little boost of energy throughout the day. Sometimes I add Blue Agave to the mix. They are $2 each which I feel is a great value.

I order the Energy Go Stix for my husband when he works a lot of hours. He says he loves the mental clarity and alertness he get from just one packet & a bottle of water.I have used them when I need to maintain an even boost of energy that lasts 5+ hours with NO jitters.But, don't drink coffee when using Energy Go Stix.

This is great for energy. An amazing substitute for coffee and gives you great energy without the crash. I recommend the berry flavor though, this isn't my favorite.
