There is a seam.......an ugly seam right through the middle of the drop cloth.

Q: What is the "weight," refering to thickness as in 8oz, 10oz, 12oz. it should say on the package. is it 8oz, 10oz, 12oz?

I don’t know the weight, but if I were to guess, I would say 12 OZ... they are heavy, I made outdoor curtains out of them, very irregular shape, not true to size... I made them work.
