I take these because I believe turmeric is a good supplement
It’s difficult to know what to say about a product like this or similar vitamin products. I believe the advertising which says that turmeric is good for reducing “inflammation “ in the body but I can’t prove it. I don’t even know how regularly you are recommended to take a capsule. I take one every 3-4 days.From the odour and taste there is no doubt these are turmeric capsules. Neither the odour or taste hangs around afterwards.

Not easy to swallow, no taste nor notice a difference. Hard to tell if this is actually making any impact on my health. However, I still recommend it due to the ingredients.
