This is the second Classic Kitchen urn I have bought. I like it because it keeps the water hot and is easy to use. It came with an additional plastic insert for the spout in case the original one wears out. For traditional Jews, It has exact instructions about how to use it over Shabbat and holidays. Not the cheapest urn on the market but really worth the price because it works so well.

The water is super hot which is nice. I did have an issue where the water tastes funky right out of the box after the initial rinse, but I was able to get through to the manufacturer who suggested i cut up a few lemons and have it boil for 24hrs and that got rid of the taste.UPDATE: I’ve had to do this every two weeks bc the ammonia taste comes back. It’s quite frustrating. I tried with filtered water a few times and nothing helps. Its probably a defective item and I will see if I can get it replaced.

Screws fell out from inside the cover and can't be screwed back in. Inside plastic is melting and the black stain is on the rim and doesn't come off. Water appears under the urn, where it's leaking from I can't tell. Would give a zero rating

This is a super useful urn. It looks neat and clean on the counter and heats the water to a very high temperature for those who enjoy their coffee HOT!I had an issue with the switches after a half year and after reaching out to the company, they promptly shipped out a new unit.Would definitely recommend this product.

It's excellent 👌 👏Using this for Shabbat, stays steaming hot....Not like the other ones out there.....Great value, and me and my wife are using 16 oz hot cups, and it's more then enough for the entire Shabbat, and even when we have guest, it's more then enough

We purchased this to replace an older version of this urn. The plastic portion of the lid of the old urn began disintegrating around the screw holes and bits of crumbling plastic were dispensed with each cup of water. The plastic rim also began breaking down.The new urn gives off a chemical odor because the steam is entering the space between the plastic and the stainless liner. I suspect the plastic will break down in this urn as well.I have reverted to using a stainless steel kettle to boil water because the chemical taste ruins tea, soup, jello, oatmeal, instant potatoes...The water does get nice and hot and it's so convenient during yom tov but I can't get past the taste.
