Very good sturdy product.
I purchased it for my aged mother for supporting near the toilet. It is giving her a good lot of support for both getting up and down. The product is very good . Made of SS material. Even screws are supplied with the product, making it easier to fix.

Good product
Each handle have 8 screws so if tightened properly it should last long.quality is also good j am expecting 6 yrs life with little maintenance.

Didn't sit flush on the wall.
The flanges for mounting did not sit flush with the wall. One of the pipes it attached to was not flat and so the flange sat at an angle when tight.Needed to use it urgently for and elderly member of my family so instead of asked for a replacement I cut a metal washer in half inserted it into the wider side and tightened the flange on it to make it even. Worked and it's now very firm.The chrome plating is good, was not scratched, the bar and flanges are nice and sturdy, won't break and bend easily.The screws supplied were 3/4" I believe, which was a bit short for my needs because it wouldn't have gone deep past the tile and wall plaster and the flange itself takes up some of its length, so I fitted it with 2" SS screws and they work fine.The flange chrome covers don't sit tight into the flange but it's not a big problem. Nothing a drop of glue wouldn't solve.

Life saver indeed
Had this grab bar fixed in my parents loo. It’s a life saver as max fatalities of senior citizens happen due to falls in the bathroom. This product provides a great grip and confidence to my parents. I also installed a straight grab bar in the shower area.
