I am almost 2 weeks into using the treadmill well not me, my better half and I thought it is worth sharing our experience since the earlier reviews have helped us to purchase so I might help someone too.First of all, it was a speedy delivery, one day and the next morning technician were ready even before my allocated time (I was called to see if I am available earlier, which was nice), assembly was quick & flawless and the instructions were just right on how to use the treadmill and call for service or support as required.While ordering, I did not want to go for the massager (in the front) but I am glad that I did, really powerful and good if you want to tone your abdomen and lower body area. It did come with a twister which is fun for my kids.Now the product, It is a solid build machine with a good running area, excellent speed and good incline. I did try to stand in the air using the side handles, nothing fall off, I am almost 70Kg, not that it is designed for this but just testing the strength.We are using the machine indoor and since I have no noise complaints from my neighbours below, the shock-absorbing seems to be working just fine.Yes, you can connect your phone audio but just for music, no calls. It would be nice though to add a headset feature so you can talk while walking. The quality of the speakers is just average so I would not use it for music.The magnetic safety clip feature is impressive, the machine stops immediately once removed (we use it every time) but when you connect the safety clip back, you will have to start all over the setup/intensity, It would have been nice for the machine to remember what I was doing to continue the progress.I will suggest the following to improve, the red LED screen is too big it can be reduced, the cup holders on both sides are in the incline position good for keeping key chains and mobile phone but can not hold a bottle of water or a coffee and last but not least it is not easy to move the treadmill because of its size and weight.Overall a very sturdy, good build and fit for purpose treadmill, I am happy with the choice I’ve made and I will recommend it further.
