This product is awesome! I first heard of it in the mid-90's when I was getting ready for a 5 day backpacking trip and wanted to minimize pack weight. A local health/wellness store owner (and Boston Marathoner) recommended this very highly, and I've been having it for breakfast (with fruit/milk/fruit juice) almost every morning ever since. When I'm drinking it regularly, I very rarely catch colds or the flu, and one shake is good for almost the whole day.For backpacking, I mix with my morning oatmeal.Highly recommended.

I started using this product over 25 years ago. The taste is amazing as I mix mine with frozen fruit and a banana. The amount of vitamins and minerals wraps found in this powder are fantastic. It has a very neutral semi sweet granola flavor and is very smooth in texture. I can’t even drink a smoothie without it. Highly recommend

I have been using this product for almost 20 years! Since my diagnosis of MS and experiencing fatigue - this product keeps the fatigue away and my mental clarity in line. I love the fact that I don't have to swallow another pill and that I can blend it with my morning greens (blaaach!) and frozen fruit with Soy milk for a breakfast smoothie that I can sip for a few hours. This item does not upset my stomach, has great flavor and mixes well. I have turned girlfriends onto this product for their period-menopause and they love it too! I use only 1 scoop per day and it lasts quite awhile.I love that it GMO free, vegan and vegetable based given I'm on the Wahl's Protocal now- hence the greens and flax seeds. Gets about 4-6 cups of fruits and veggies out of the way for the day! It's easy to travel with too! I take a child's 8oz water bottle and mix with soy milk/juice, an ice cube and shake! Great tasting on its own when no blender available.

I love the taste. I'm using my blender just in case it has clumps, etc. The blender does the trick and it keeps the drink smooth. It stays with me for hours so I like that about it. I will buy it again.

Love this powder. I normally hate "green drinks" but I mix mine with milk and this tastes creamy and like granola, not like kale. Drink one every day.

This is the most important product to have in your life. Everything you need Is in it. As we get older our energy and memory is effected. I had my mom drinking this everyday. After a month she noticed how her memory had increased and was feeling energized. After three years of using the product we realized she had not even gotten sick. At 80 years old she still plays viola in 2 orchestras, plus her own private Musical group and is a professional extremely talented pianist. I feel comfortable to say she has over a thousand songs/ musical pieces memorized still and has written many. I drink it everyday . My mind is sharper and I am healthier and stay feel great. I found out about this product when I was a private care giver. The woman I cared for drank this as a shake everyday. For 5 years that I cared for her she never was sick . She lived to 105 years old.

I might purchase this agin if I cannot find something with more nutritional value for more value. Currently just ordered something different to try. Need a large container.This is fine. Not super happy and not disappointedTo be honest it is very difficult to find a good tasting meal replacement, with great health ingredients for a fair price This has an ok taste as Long as I add several bananasSince moving back to Canada I realize there is limited selection for most everything. I had to order this from the US. Like most everything I order.
