I was on a quest to make delicious, chewy gummies with agar agar as its plant based, butttt agar agar is an interesting material to work with simply because it didn’t function as well as I thought it would but it’s okay in overall performance just not the chewiest gummies🥲

A bit added to a chilled chocolate protein drink thickens it just enough to remind me of the old time "malted milk" sold at soda counters back in the 1950's. Also by todays preferences it is keto friendly. A buy.
