Good product! Salter Lab’s products are good.

I have tried several nebulizers and this is the best. Note the exhaust port just beyond the mouthpiece this make the efficiency of the unit better. Not faster just improved efficiency.

I've only used this a few times so far since I received it, but it seems to work fine. I like how it comes apart for easier cleaning than my old one. I mean, it's a nebulizer mouthpiece; it's not like I can wax poetic about how it delivers the meds. It does its job. If it breaks before the 6-months recommended time period to get a new one, I'll come back and revise my review. Otherwise, when I need to order a new one in six months, it'll likely be this one.

The air flow is weak/slow coming out compared to others I have used. I Order a new one with better air flow for my machine. When you’re having an asthma attack you need a better flow. Might be ok for a child, but it’s slow getting out the medical and fog steam you need.

Use on a nebulizer, the mouthpiece could be better if a raised lip could be added to the end that is in Your mouth or grooves added cross way on that same end.

This nebulizer is literally the only one I will use. The high density makes treatments only around 7 minutes for standard 3ml vials, as opposed to ones with long tubes that take upwards of 15 minutes. I’ve bought it many times and will keep buying

threads that the bottom screws in are crooked.

I have been incredibly frustrated by the amount of time I have to spend using a nebulizer. This nebulizer mouthpiece delivers the full dose of medication in half the time of other mouthpieces. So happy I found it.
