I actually carbonate this (with a soda stream) and not only does it taste great but it’s the most refreshing drink I’ve ever had - literally feel the hydration, better than plain water. Value for money, with all the extra goodness like antioxidants, vitamins etc all with the cleanest ingredients - I highly recommend.

Slightly salty taste but then that's expected for electrolytes, especially ones without any nasty flavours and chemicals. Looking at the ingredients it's great. It dissolved completely, other ones always have electrolytes left at the bottom, if it's not dissolving in the water it's not going to be absorbed very well by my body. I can feel it working better than the normal effervescent tablets I used before.

Since following a keto diet for the past 7 months the Keto Plus electrolytes have been a must have for me! I did some research before purchasing and decided on this brand because they have clean ingredients and no nasties.I am now on my 3rd tub and find they keep me alert and less fatigued. Prior to starting the electrolytes I was experiencing leg cramp.The lemon and orange flavour is great! As a clean keto follower I drink water most of the time, so having this flavour drink is very refreshing. I did find the electrolytes salty at first, so I made up half the recommended serving until I got use to the product.I have recommended this to friends and my husband (who’s not keto) also enjoys drinking it. I will continue buying this product and recommending.

I love electrolytes and have tried most of the ones on the market and. Am honestly say this one is fab! It has a nice cherry berry flavour, not too salty. It’s actually quite sweet. If it’s too strong just use less powder, it comes with a scoop so very easy to do. It’s a good price for 50 servings too and I love that it’s keto and clean too. I’ll be buying more

Long review Coming up: Right, I never leave reviews to be honest, too lazy and forgetful.I’ve been attempting carnivore diet recently, after a year of not really successful results on Keto Diet. Last year I did carnivore and after a the first week or so I had amazing results within a 2 month period.. then Xmas happened :(It’s taken till now to get back on track. Ben carnivore since early jan but not getting into that power zone state like I did before Xmas.After Watching Richard’s podcasts and tweaking with some more elimination it’s finally clicked into gear this last two I normally buy cheap fizzy tablets from BnM bargains so when this item came, at first glance I was amazed.The tub was bigger than was expecting. Wider chunkier..good quality packaging. I read the info which was very helpful and detailed.I Opened her up and yikes… the powder is so fine, top top quality with a colouring you can clearly tell is not artificial- and it tastes amazing.I had cherry, which was beautiful. It’s Not over sweet and not too salty or fishy as some say. I didn’t find that at all.Everything about this product is perfect. Well happyLastly the scoop is only a fraction of a scoop for protein shakes. About 1/4 the size meaning a lot more scoops per tub. Absolutely love the benefits of having all the goodness in one tub one drink and not having to buy multiple supplements which can be expensive to do so but this not only saves you money it gives you peace of mind knowing your getting all the goodness in to your body and helping you reap the benefits of been more active alert energised hydrated healthy and much more the best I have ever had and it tastes good too with no bad side effects just the good ones

I ordered this electrolyte powered following a recommendation from another Keto diet follower. I didn't know much about electrolytes so when I first started the keto diet I used ones that really were not good enough until I got really bad cramps in my legs that woke me up at night. Once I found out about these and they arrived I started taking 5g per day diluted in water. Been on them about 3 weeks now. One day I only took 2.5g instead of the usual 5g and that night I had another huge cramp in my leg. So I know these make such a difference if taken at the right amount. Now I have to say I wouldn't describe the taste as Cherry. Not really sure how to describe them. A bit fruity, salty with fishy undertones 😅 this doesn't sound that appealing and took me a few days to get used to them but I don't mind the taste of them now at all and crave them as I know I just feel so much better when taking them. The diluted powder is an orange colour and while initially a bit speckled and cloudy it becomes clear after a few minutes of standing, but I don't usually wait that long. The tub lasts ages, still have about half a tub left after 3 weeks. Will give the lemon and lime ones a try next. 4 stars as the taste does take some getting used to.

i have been using these electrolytes for about 4 years now when I run.They are very palatable and easy to drink. They seem to last me a long time so good value.They mix very easily in my water bottle and i like the berry flavour.thoroughly recommend.
