Material quality is low otherwise good

Works as intended but product looks old
This output tray price point was less compared to other in Amazon. Had a bad experience earlier with last order as it broke while installing. But this one fits perfectly.It has many scratches, dint look like new. Although it is not a OEM product, the least expected is a new product. For me it does the job and I hv tons of printing left. Without this both side printing is a nightmare.

Does the job, best bang for your buck
The media could not be loaded. The plastic quality may be slightly lower than the original but it does what it's supposed to do. Good replacement paper output tray for HP Laserjet 1020 Plus
