this has most of all the daily required Vitamins. Been using this product for a few years now, and I find it very satisfactory. Contains very little fillers. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking these for a few days now and I’ve noticed a very natural, subtle energy boost. I’m really happy with these. I’ve tried a few others more expensive and have not felt anything. I like that these are just a one a day and that they are capsules. They have no taste and have not caused any digestion issues. I take them with food. I think I found my holy grail for multivitamins for now.

I'm on my third bottle and plan to continue purchasing as long as this brand is available. I'm 41 with a questionable diet, so I take these after my first meal. They don't smell or hurt my stomach, but they are big. If you have trouble with large pills, you may want to reconsider! However, I have no issues ingesting them, and I can attest to a slight energy increase and a decrease in snack attacks.

I have just received my second bottle and I've been taking multivitamins, but I think it's a great product! I can't say that I notice any major changes, but again I have been taking multivitamins, just not for 40+! I would recommend it to anyone looking to get their daily needs met and feel better!

I have more energy, I feel healthier and less hungry and it’s easy to swallow.
