I’m really pleased with this as we’re doing our kitchen and that is our hot water for washing up, my husband even uses it for his cuppa it saves time rather than boil the kettle while he’s working on the renovations

Brilliant easy to use

Bought this for daily use, first issue is you have to de-scale it near enough every day, or you get such an awful build up and flakes in any water you take from it.Second issue - be very careful the lid is on correctly and tightly or you'll quickly fill the entire room with hot steam, and waste half the water in the urn in the process, but then at the same time remember to consistently release the pressure by taking off the lid/ opening for a minute so that you can actually get some water to come out, otherwise a vacuum is created inside and no water will come out. Big design flaw and very annoying to constantly be on and off with the lid.Third issue - within 5 months of purchasing, the entire unit now wont turn on or heat up at all, just completely useless.Fourth issue - despite the sale of goods act, I can see no way for me to contact the store or amazon directly regarding this purchase for a replacement or return. Other reviews have noted how hard it is to get in contact with anyone, and I now have to spend time away from my day to try and get through to someone and sort this out. Not impressed.

This is a great water heater, but not practical for a business it broke within the month after using it every day.

We had a function at the house and did not want to be in charge of the kettle making tea and coffee for everyone, so we ordered this catering hot water urn so people could help themselves. Worked well and we didn't have to refill it. Takes about 40 minutes to heat up but then the thermostat makes sure that it stays hot safely.

Needed a new boiler and this fits the bill perfectly. Good size and heats the water quickly.

I have reported it but not heard anything back......I persevered but its so noisy, rattling and banging...I was worried it would blow up so stopped using it. Shame as it worked ok but kept me awake all night if left on for the morning...It was o ly quiet for a very short time...
