Pride Home & Garden Slug & Snail Killer 800g Multipack Offer (2)

This is the first time we have used this particular brand and it's only a week since we applied it, but the results look promising. The slugs and snails had started to nibble our precious plants before we applied it, but it has stopped them in their tracks with no further sign of damage. It is described as being weatherproof, but it remains to be seen as the we are currently enjoying a bout of dry and sunny weather. A word of caution though to pet owners as it is described as NOT a pet safe product.Moreover, when I contacted the supplier to establish whether the product is safe to be used where hedgehogs are present I received the following response "While Doff Slug & Snail Killer is generally considered safe for use around pets and wildlife when used as directed, ingestion of large quantities may cause harm, so it's best to keep pets away from treated areas until the pellets have been fully absorbed into the soil".

It was just what we wanted.

Great product

Here in South Devon (being very wet) we have a BIG problem with slugs and snails and 'green' barrier treatments just don't work. Also there is a need to treat among the leaves of many plants where slugs and snails wreak havoc and liveDoff Slug pellets are an excellent and effective solution and really Dave the garden from decimation.

Seems to work as well as any others, good price though.
