It looks like it is build well and operates almost silently. Much better than the cheaper cooler that I had before. Chances are it will also last longer.I like the extensive use of stainless steel finish on the front.The touchless operation has limited value for me (I'm not likely to operate it with greasy hands while I am changing the oil of my car), but this functionality can be disabled if not used, since the touchless functions are also covered by the normal touch buttons. The programming is intuitive and that makes it easy to execute and remember it in future. The hook that keeps the door closed could have had a more refined design, but this is a minor detail.Disadvantage: Price. Better quality always comes at a price. I took advantage of the Ramadan special offer (that seems to still be in effect for UAE customers), so I had the cost issue partially covered.Conclusion: So far, I am happy with the product.

For such a nice design it is quite sad to write that it has been the worst water dispenser for me so far. I thought that the functionality will justify the cost, but I was mistaken. After a couple of months of use it started leaking and I arranged for the manufacturer to pick it up and check, it took them 4 weeks without any correspondence with me to finally bring it back. The issue was not solved. After that it had issues with the temperature control and I had to call for the maintenance once again just to confirm that it cannot be repaired. Would never buy again.

Replaced our top loader with this bottom loader to make life a little easier instead of having to lift heavy bottles. It does exactly what it needs to. Cold water is really cold, room temperature is slightly warmer but still cold and hot is properly hot. It’s quiet most of the time although sometimes it rattles when the pump runs which is a bit annoying.

Looks really nice in the dining room (nicer than any other water cooler in our opinion), however, the bottom door is poorly formed meaning the metal barely lines up with the body and so the plastic edge isn’t flush

The dispenser looks good, but always faulty and now stopped working in less then 10 months. When called Panasonic service in the UAE, they said they can’t do home repairs for water dispensers and that I have to take it to them in a remote area!. I have a small car and can’t fit the dispenser so i have to either ship it to them and almost pay the same cost to buy a new one or just throw it away. So disappointed from a such a big name as Panasonic and this very bad customer service and experience.

After just 15 days it has started making some weird sound, such a expensive dispenser so need amazon to look after this

Perfect, design, and usage... A bit expensive, but it is good and meet expectation... Easy to use and to install.

In addition to the below the most useful feedback is probably that the distance between the tray and tap is not that big, at least not compared to my old Sure dispenser, making it difficult to fill larger jugs.I took the cooler out of the box (lifted the box over the cooler, so no need to manhandle the cooler itself), a clip was already broken on the front meaning the door hinge was also not secure - this meant when you closed the door it did not push the switch that tells the dispenser to commence sucking up water. I had to sellotape the front to the back whilst I waited for a new one (which in itself was a nightmare as Amazon initially wanted me to return the broken one then wait days for a new one, after much back and forth they delivered/collected same day).With the new dispenser it seems to all be working fine but I don’t find the catch on the door very firm and the symmetry is off - one side of the top of the door sticks out beneath the drip tray more than the other side - not a major issue of course but it is noticeable.All that said, the stainless steal effect looks really nice.Addition: not even 3 months old and it now has a really REALLY loud rattling sound when you fill up your water. I wouldn’t recommend this dispenser.
