Very important and usefull
Immediat pain relief..... Very effective and easy to use.... multiple modes helps for different therapy.

Great little device!
I've used this device multiple times since my purchase and I feel like it has been useful in reducing some amount of pain. The device has various intensities but I have been able to tolerate the intensity at the lowest level only. It has also has multiple programs which deliver different types of frequencies. The little usage guide has all the instructions about the device and how to set the program you need. The device is easy to use. Each program last for 15 minutes which is enough time for a tens cycle. The two adhesive pads are of good quality. I've used only one of them yet and the adhesion is still very strong. The only thing that I feel that can be improved is probably the size of adhesive pad. A little smaller size might be helpful. I've noticed that if the surface of the pad doesn't stick all over the skin (ankles, foot, elbow) then you might not feel the current, thus probably a smaller size of the pad might help. Overall I'm very happy with the product and it has saved me a lot of money on physiotherapy fees.

Smart Tens
It is small, compact , a 5volt powerful TENS device easy to carry in purse/ sling bag , useful in journey after a long day to relieve pain.I hope the electrodes are made in such way to be used with new gel otherwise it would not be very feasible becuase they are costly to buy afresh.

Absolute powerhouse
Keep the following in mind.1) Get a PT to show you if you have not used it before. Using it properly is key and don’t overdo it.2) Keep on stretching those muscles3) Exercise, exercise, exercise. Keep a routine.It’s only been a few weeks but TENS has helped me immensely. It gave me immediate relief and has allowed me to exercise moderately. Hopefully I won’t have to use it once I have built my core muscles again.

Satisfied with the purchase
It is a cute TENS device with a high satisfaction level for its price. Easy to use. I applied to my forearm, it doesn't adhere completely to the skin, but the effect was still felt sufficiently. Very happy with it!
