These are great. One of my children has trouble sleeping due to medical reasons. Under pediatric advice we use melatonin in school nights. These are easy chewable tablets for kids. Very small chewables. My kid likes the flavor so no complaints there. He gets a great night of sleep for school.

I tried one myself, and it’s not the worst, but I can see why they don’t love it. If they made a better flavor, it’d be perfect. Still, for the price and effectiveness, it’s worth keeping on hand and worth a rebuy.

My kids love the taste and take them and actually ask for them some nights, they do help them fall asleep quickly and in mornings I haven't noticed any side affects of mood swings like other melatonin my children have taken before. These are the best!
