I use for resistance band exercises

This door strap is very useful for using resistance bands at several heights. It is easy to put over the door and lock. The ratchet lock is very secure. The instructions are well-written and clear. It is a little hard to figure out how to loosen the straps in order to remove the door strap, but I'm sure I'll get better at it.

I've used it for about 2 weeks so far, every other day & it's good. I was expecting the material to be a little heavier, but that doesn't seem to impact anything in a negative way. I'm no expert when it comes to longevity of this type of material, so I'll report back if any issues crop up.the placement of the loops is good, the ratchet is excellent, & was one of the main reasons I went for this over loads of other options out there. the pads at the top / bottom of the door are also a nice touch.

I've had a lot of physical therapy involving resistance bands at different heights. But maintaining a home physical therapy and exercise routine dependent on resistance bands is much harder when you have nothing sturdy to attach the bands to at different levels. I could get them waist level by attaching them to a doorknob, but that just pulled my doorknob off. Tying bands around the legs of heavy furniture just damaged the furniture, broke the bands, or pulled the furniture toward me.I learned about the Jeteca door anchor strap from a friend, and it was the perfect solution. It has seven sturdy loops on one side of the door, each one foot apart, and it is so well made it will last a lifetime. It gives me so many more workout options to strengthen different muscles, without the risk of damaging my door or furniture. It revolutionized my workout, is an excellent value for the money, and the best part is that I can take it with me when I travel.The one I received came pre-assembled, with lots of loops through and around the drum. Based on the instructional videos, it is supposed to come with one end loose so that you can place the pads where you need them to protect the door, and simply loop one end through the drum and use the ingenious metal ratchet to pull it tight. Taking it off is supposed to be equally easy, just pressing a button on the ratchet and pulling out the loose end. But because mine had so many loops around the drum, I had trouble getting it on and off doors, and at one point was unable to get it onto a larger door after having adjusted it for a smaller door. It was a real Gordian knot; the harder I tried to undo the loops, the more tangled the mess became.In desperation, I reached out directly to Jeteca to seek assistance. The response was immediate, and they offered to replace it for me. I was so impressed by their customer service that it prompted me to write this review.My score for ease of use would have been a five had the product not come pre-assembled. My new one is easy to use. I LOVE this product and highly recommend it for anyone who prefers working out at home but doesn't have good options for using resistance bands at different heights.

Working very well. Very secure to the door.

Before I bought it I was very skeptical. I thought that the strap would rotate around the door, but fortunately I was wrong. If you attach the door anchor correctly, there will be no rotation. And they also have a YouTube channel where they show various exercises using the door anchor and resistance band. I like it.

Just what needed to get toned for the summer.

This anchor works fine for my flat bands but when I tried to use it with a new set of high quality tube bands the sharp edges of the anchor sliced it in twoUpdate- the bodylastics bands I bought were brand new so it wasn’t an older band issue. But the company reached out and offered me a full refund! Very pleasant experience and as I mentioned they do work fine with my flat bands
