I love this vitamin D brand! I can tell the potency is great and quality simply by how great it makes me feel. As far as I can tell it has really quick absorption to my body for sure. Kicks right in with my other vitamins and supplements. Works great with my Ashwagandha and L-theanine that I take daily for energy and focus. It's just a small pill that does dissolve quickly. I love that these are a dry form and small that are coated so they're easy to swallow. My favorite D3 so far and I highly recommend this product.

These are a great buy for the strength and the amount that you get. I think that they will absorb well because the pill is somewhat soft. They don’t have any taste so that’s good. They are easy to swallow.
