Bought this for my 9 year old daughter who has developed acne on her forehead. Read an article in the daily Mail about the properties of silver and WOW JUST WOW! I have one very happy child we haven’t finsihed the bottle yet and the improvement is vast ! No longer red, angry and lumpy!

Great smoothing effect!
I really like this serum - and I have tried quite a few. I suffer with stubborn acne and therefore I purchased the triple strength formula. From the first use, my skin was noticeable smoother, soft and less oily. It has not clogged my pores nor has it aggravated my sensitive skin. I love the fact that it contains vitamin A, E and provitamin B5 which are great for reducing acne marks. I would definitely recommend this serum!

Did not work for me.
I initially tried the standard Brown bottled silver serum, by Argentum Plus. This had no effect. So I decided to move up to this product. I've been using this for near six months now and my acne is still very much prevalent upon my skin. I'm afraid it did not make much of a difference to my skin and have wasted quite some money on this product.

Doesn't cure acne or help spots
I've been using this product for several months now, I've noticed my skin feels a lot smoother and softer and minimizes acne scars but does not cure or prevent pimples, I still get them regularly. The product looks and feels not very pleasant, with a thick goopy appearance like slime. Feels slippery when applied to the face and leaves skin looking and feeling oily for 10-15 minutes after application. There is no noticeable smell which is a plus, but sadly the product just didn't work for me.
