Really good product

I needed to reattach a few large stones into an old wall, and needed a rapid set mix. This product was ideal as it starts to harden within minutes. Not ideal for all applications, but ideal for mine.

Did what it said on the package

I had to fix some coping stones back on top of my wall and didn't know what to get so I decided to try this. I have never attempted to mix cement before but read reviews and followed instructions. My first attempt was a disaster as I had put the water in the bucket first as I was led to believe this was the correct way, well not for me. My second attempt was to add water until correct consistency and this worked well and although I may have had it a little thinner than it should be the stones are well and truly stuck. I also chose a very hot day to do this which didn't help as the cement dried so quickly I couldn't get it on quick enough. A really good product and easy to use even for bodgers like me.

Ready mixed and rapid setting. Used to repair frost damaged brickwork on garden wall. Great product.

It does what it says on the the packaging. A good buy. I would reccommend mixing to a paste as it says but once mixed just add a small bit of water to it just to stop it from setting fast and to get a smoother finish. Be warned it sets rapid especially in warmer conditions which is good but you have gotta to be quick. A good buy all round.

I could review this product... but since its still sitting in my shed waiting for me to find a use for it pretty quick before it goes off- cos I ordered the wrong stuff, itd be a bit made up.So I'll wait til I use it then do an update.Update; Since it has been commented on that my review was pointless by someone with no sense of humour, I shall now get around to updating. Point I was making was that IT GOES OFF (for us ignorants who dont regularly work with the stuff)and to make sure you order the RIGHT PRODUCT. Which I didnt.I eventually used it to set in my bird feeder (instead of using for repointing repairs) but I cant say it was particularly brilliant- theres not enough of the stuff to really make the stand that much more stable and I didnt think it set that fast either. My mistake. But still 3 stars.To Charlie O- I am entitled to my own opinions as are you. Amazon hassles for reviews and I obliged. Peace out.

Folks needs to clearly think through the process, have all tools available and surface prepared etc because this stuff starts to set very, very quickly. It says on the bag 5 - 10 minutes but in my case it became unworkable in seemingly seconds and achieving a flat/smooth surface proved difficult......outside temperature around 8 degrees and correct water/mortar mix.
