I was using more regular front USB slot for everything and I thought my desktop computer was slowing down. Nope I just needed some super power. I have this hooked to my front USB and it works like a charm. Now I can transfer all my files from my phone to my computer in a breeze.The design is wonderful, it's in a nice strip style that makes it easy to place on top of the computer. The USB slots are easy to use and well described on what goes where. You have buttons to turn on or off each USB if they are or are not in use, that's nice. The speed foelr me is super fast. My phone photos showed up in under a minute, I have a thousand or more on it and that was in Xlarge view too.All in all worth every penny for me, no more sitting around waiting for things to load.

Absolutely fantastic! As shown in the image, I connect many wires on a daily basis and my laptop still runs very smoothly. I like how the hub has its own power supply because it aids in how smooth the connections are. Extremely easy to set up, and the size of the hub is good. I really like how there are buttons to control which USB ports get power.As a gamer, it’s important to me that my mouse, keyboard, speakers, and headset don’t disconnect mid game. I’ve used other USB hubs in the past and always had that issue. This one has never once disconnected any of the above plus my phone charging all while being connected simultaneously. Great product!

It's a USB hub. The on/off buttons for each port can be useful. The design doesn't work well with my current setup as it is replacing my old hub that died, but it has been working great with no issues.

This was a great buy. It has so many ports, I can fit all of my USB devices in this one charging strip. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of 5 is because it requires two cords to operate - 1 for the wall outlet and 1 for the computer. I would have thought that plugging it into the computer would have been enough to keep it charged as long as the computer is plugged in or fully charged. Regardless, the cord for the "wall" outlet isn't long enough so I had to plug it into a power strip. If two charging cords is really required then the manufacturer should consider lengthening the wall outlet cord.

Just what I needed to add a bunch of extra USB 3.0 ports to my setup quickly and easily. Being able to turn each USB 3.0 port (and the fast charging port) on or off with individual lighted push button switches is a great and very handy feature. It's a an excellent value at this price, too.

Easy to set up. I had to order a longer USB cable due to my layout. All devices came right up, including fingerprint reader, mouse, keyboard, camera, etc. Have not tried power port yet, but expect that will be fine. Have not tried USB drive yet.

My first one failed to operate properly with some of the ports, so I ordered a replacement. It arrived quickly. This second time I took my time inserting the plugs in. Every jack worked. I then went about replugging all my existing cords and dongles. And one jack was failing. Got out the magnifier and I could see that one of the pins in the port had been pushed down. I have some dental picks and was able to pull it back up. It now works. I like the powered hub with the multiple jacks, but it's temperamental. Insert your plugs/dongles carefully. I went back and looked at my first one, and multiple pins were bent.
