Tasty, fulfilling and no synthetic after taste.
I was looking for a product that was nutritious, high in protein but didn’t add too much to my calorie intake. I have so far been extremely impressed. The product is not overly sweet, which I love, it mixes well, and does not have any nasty after taste. I can truly say I enjoy drinking this product and will be buying again. Strawberry is lovely, I will be testing another flavour on my next order.

Surprisingly good!
I was a bit worried about buying this after the reviews on here about the protein powder being grainy, but I have to say that has not been my experience. I just got this today and only purchased it because my usual brand (Garden of Life) is no longer available for some unknown reason. Anyway, I’ve just mixed 30g of this protein with 300ml of lactose free milk and 1 frozen banana in my blender and it’s really good. Tastes smooth, no grainy bits at all, just a nice sweet consistency. It’s low sugar according to the packet and my recipe came to 313 calories on my fitness pal. So, that’s a winner for me. The only gripe I have is the resealable seal wouldn’t close back up so I had to use clips. But other than that it seems pretty size and costs a lot less than my regular brand so good value for money. Think I might switch to this one just for that reason.

Used to be 5* Amazing Protein - Now just Bin Worthy
Dissapointed in the new recipe. Have to agree with a the other reviews. As I have also been in contact with FreeSoul CS who were lovely.Sad fact is they have actually changed their formula for their vanilla and chocolate powders according to consumer feedback. Judging from these reviews being a census of negative recently - it doesn't seem like it?I absolutely loved FreeSoul for 4 years. It was the only vegan protein that tasted bearable in everything. My most recent purchase was a new formula and I started to wonder why EVERYTHING I put it into from shakes to recipes tasted vile. It turns out the addition of the salt makes a bitter aftertaste and also it tastes highly chemical.Absolutely gutted they made these changes and now have to hunt around for something new. Hope this serves as a warning to others thinking about purchasing the product. Maybe they'll revert the formula with enough complaints.

Best vegan powder I've tried
I have tried many different non dairy protein powders (I find whey powder irritates my stomach although I do think it tastes better and is cheaper) but this one is by far the best I've tried to date.A lot of the other branded powders I've bought have reviews writing that the powder is 'amazing' and to my disappointment it tastes absolutely revolting. Free Soul was my last attempt at finding a decent tasting vegan powder and this didn't fail. I appreciate that we all have different perceptions and preferences to taste, but if you found Sun Warrior, Earth Champ and PHD nutrition diet plan powders disgusting, then you're in good company because I also did but Free Soul tastes ok to me. It's not the best taste in the world, but it is far easier to disguise the taste of than the other mentioned brands (I tried all in vanilla, Phd also in salted caramel, yuck).I bought the vanilla variety and use it daily in my smoothies but even with soya milk it tastes good. It still has a slight chalky aftertaste but it's much milder in taste than others I've tried and when put in a blender can become very fine and hard to notice. It also blends well with a shaker. My only criticism is that I think it's a little expensive for the amount you get but I will definitely buy it again nonetheless because unlike other major brands I've tried, I don't feel like gagging or holding my breath when I drink this!

Great protein powder
I love this protein powder and it is now on an Amazon subscription.I like that it has no soy too.I am very health conscious and try to buy products with as short an ingredients list as possible or at least a list of ingredients I recognise rather than a ton of additives and preservatives and nasties. As a vegan,I use this every day in smoothies or mixed in milk for cereal and I have added it to homemade pancakes and biscuits too...It keeps me full and the flavour is lovely too.( I only buy vanilla!) Love it!

Honest review from an affiliate
As someone who is an affiliate for this brand, and I’ve been personally using and paying for this product for over 7 months, I used to LOVE this, in fact I craved it.However, recently something changed, the texture changed slightly (gritty) and the taste is honestly not very nice at all, I’ve done some research and apparently they have recently changed formulation, which I wasn’t aware of. The taste is bitter, almost like bile! This being said, it really helps my skin, my energy levels and when I can tolerate the taste to finish the whole shake, keeps me full for quite a long time. I do believe it’s helped my moods whilst using this too!So if you can stomach the new taste of the shake, I highly recommend.

Good and not powdery
Very nice. Quite sweet so takes away the craving for sweets if you have any.Taste is not too powdery and dissolves easily.

New recipe tastes gross, cancelling subscription after 3 years
I've been buying this product regularly for about 3 years. Despite it sometimes giving me break outs and being on the expensive side I stuck with it because it was really tasty and the matcha gave me a boost without being too much, as I'm also really sensitive to caffeine. The protein content was good and it tasted delicious. I'm really sad to say that after the recent recipe change I've cancelled my subscription. I think the addition of guarana makes me feel too wired and the taste is awful. I liked it before because it didn't have that artificial taste that a lot of protein powders has, but now it does and a really weird-after taste. I used to buy it alongside Bulk, now going fully over to them.
