Edge tamer works great, even on wiry gray hair! Keeps my edges smooth and in place all day! Washes out clean, unlike other edge taming gels/pomades. Also, comments stating that a little goes a long way are very true! The more expensive price compared to other brands is due to the size of this container. This is a much larger container/amount than other brands available in most stores like Target, Walmart, Sally's, and other hair supply stores. One container will last a very long time!

This is the ONLY edge control that has a 48hour hold that works on my 4C edges. Also great for braids and ponytails that doesn’t leave cast on hair at all. It’s not greasy whatsoever. The scent is great and the hold is terrible compliments to this company they deserve every great word I’ve heard

I have 3c curls, and this is the only product that keeps my hair slicked down and laid all day—even in Florida’s intense humidity. It works wonders for ponytails and buns, and a little goes a long way. The hold is amazing without feeling super stiff.The only downside is that once it dries, it can leave a white residue that looks like dandruff by the end of the day. I still use it often because the hold is unbeatable, but I wish it had a cleaner finish.

Great edge control!! Not sticky but holds down my 2c/3a hair type edges down greatly!! Even held overnight and under lots of sweat at kings island! To prevent white cast make sure you’re not building up product on top of product. Also a big tub so its great value for your money!!

The best edge control for my edges (and my edges be struggling) . Only negative is when it dries up - it’s up with red flakes; even after washing my hair. But overall- this is a game changer. A small amount goes a long ways. Scent is pleasant; no stickiness. Worth the money.

I’ve been searching for the perfect edge control for years, and I finally gave this one a try after seeing it on TikTok, and I’m glad I did! I have 4C hair and locs, plus a naturally sweaty forehead, which usually makes it hard for edge control products to stay in place. But this one holds up really well and lasts a long time. It’s sticky (in a good way), so it keeps everything laid throughout the day.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can flake a bit, and I have to clean that up later. Still, it’s easily one of the best I’ve tried, especially if you’ve struggled to find something that works for thicker textures or locs. Definitely worth trying!

I only tested this out on a small patch of hair first to see if it had a good hold. A little definitely goes a long way. I think once you let it dry a bit, it has really good hold. I feel like you get a good amount for the price.I have curly hair and my sideburns can get a little wild. It really laid them down. My patch test did last quite a while, almost a full day if I hadn’t messed with it. But I do think it needs to dry a little after application to last all day.It’s a bigger container than I thought and there was a good amount of product in there. I think it will last a while. It’s not greasy to me. Again, a little goes a long way. Best to apply to clean hair for best results. If you put this on top of a bunch of other products already in your hair, it most likely will flake.I will give it more time it’s only been a day. But definitely try it for yourself.
