When WW stopped selling their products, I came across this very similar item. It tastes great and keeps me in my points when I need a chocolate snack.

The mug cake fits my desire for sweets without doing harm to my Keto diet

This is not as good as Ideal Protein Mug cake but it's good & 1/2 the price. You do have to vary the instructions to find the amount of water and cooking time that you like. I've ordered several times.

I had heard great things about this brand and as someone that follows the keto diet, I was excited to try it. There is pretty good flavor, yet it's chalkier consistency than I prefer. I tried adding more water than listed on the packaging in hopes to alleviate the chalkiness, however it didn't work.

OMG....something that's chocolate, full of protein and doesn't have a bunch of calories!!! Wow!! I got these cakes a couple of days ago and immediately ordered more!! Because I'm short (5'3") and old (53), I don't get a lot of calories in a day if I want to lose 2 pounds a week. I'll gleefully give up 130 of my daily allotment for these cakes. There's enough protein in them (15g) to keep me sated and I'm keeping on track to my goal instead of straying. Thank you Proti Diet. OBTW, they came 2 days earlier than expected.

I have lost 20 lbs over the last 9 months and eat this chocolate cake every night—40 seconds in the microwave, topped with fat free whipped cream and a little bit of sugar free chocolate syrup and it looks/tastes truly decadent! It has become the perfect “healthy” treat, me feel like I can have a “cheat” meal every day, and satisfies my craving for sweets after dinner. Relatively, low in carbs and high in protein, I keep my pantry stocked with this so I never run out!!

I was very hopeful after reading a positive review of this item. I love chocolate but I am trying to be healthy and lose weight. This is easy to prepare and looks like a delicious chocolate cake. But the taste is terrible. I was willing to modify my expectations. But in order to enjoy this, I would have to have a good imagination. It has an undesirable aftertaste. I am a chocolate lover and can't eat it.
