Years of going up and down hills and doing martial arts, in addition to natural aging has taken its toll on many of my joints, in particular my knees. Previously having tried Seven Seas active joint capsules I didn't notice any effect other than a, possibly coincidental, increase in heartburn. I only started using these tablets about a week ago and was surprised that after two hours of taekwondo yesterday, with a lot of sitting stances, my knees seem to be fine this morning, whereas normally I would tend to be suffering from a limp due to a particularly bad right knee.Again, this could be coincidence, but normally I would definitely be feeling some form of knee pain after that amount of "punishment", so will currently put his down to the tablets. I will continue to take them and update this review accordingly if I note any reoccurence of my knee problem. If only they worked for plantar fasciitis - just another joy of aging :) .The tablets are quite large, but easily enough to swallow with water. Not the best taste but I tend to take with breakfast so not really an issue.Overall happy with the price, and the seemingly good result over such a short period of time. Hopefully will continue to allow me to keep up my physical activities.

So this supplement is great for your role in building cartilage, helps in the treatment of arthritis and osteoarthritis and might reduce inflations in your joins. Personally I have a big dog 55 kg, 6 years old, and I also give him safely 1-2 pills a day. For a human like the indications are mentioned, also 1-2 tables/day. Helps a lot with my joins at gym but to be noted, you need two stick with it a long period, you won't have see any magical results in few days / weeks, takes time to actually benefit from it. But considering the price and valuing your health, I believe it's a good product to use. 👍

Great product and price, great value for money!

I have used this product for over a year and the difference in joint pain has massively reduced. I am heavy, but do a fair amount of exercise. 1-2 day works a treat and I fine joint pain has reduced for normal exercise time.The tablets have little taste and are easy to swallow with their medium size. Good with a glass of water!

Myself and my Husband have both started taking these.However my Husband seems unsure they are as goodas the Tesco ones we have been taking for years, so willnot be reordering.
